It is important to note that we never lose sight of the fact that it is your home. You can bring your own designer or us one in our network. 

 

Given this structures it is impossible to know all the cost at beginning of the project, so while in discovery stages we typical agree at the beginning on a Design Baseline which is treated as a separate contract prior to construction.

It does not take more time for us to manufacture or assemble the home, which means we can adjust on the fly which allows for a much more efficient use of time and resources during the entire build process.
